ACCOUNT CONTROL

Delete Your Bitescore Account And Data

From this public web resource, you can start Bitescore account deletion without reinstalling the mobile app, or request deletion if you cannot access your account.

01

Delete On The Website

Sign in to your account. Bitescore takes you to Settings → Your data → Delete account, where you verify your identity using an available method and explicitly confirm permanent deletion.

The primary link below opens the deletion control after sign-in. If you are already signed in, you can also use the direct Settings link. Neither path sends you back to the mobile app.

02

If You Cannot Access Your Account

For account deletion and personal-data requests, email legal@bitescore.co. Where possible, send from the email address registered to your Bitescore account; include the account email or username and clearly state that you request deletion of the account and associated data.

Bitescore may require proportionate additional verification before acting so that another person's account is not deleted. Never email your password, one-time sign-in code or unnecessary identity documents. Use the separate user-support channel for technical account or sign-in help.

What Is Deleted And What May Be Detached?

Verified account deletion permanently removes the account together with its profile, comments and reviews, messages, social connections and other directly associated user data. It is not temporary deactivation, and the deleted account cannot be restored.

After the account is deleted, external sign-in-provider and media-storage cleanup may finish in safe background jobs; transient failures are retried automatically.

Minimum records required for security, fraud prevention, a legal duty or a legal claim may be detached from the account; restricted backups expire through their normal deletion cycle. A shared object such as a published product image may remain, after identity and attribution are removed, only while a live record or documented hold requires it. The Privacy Notice explains the exact scope and periods.
