Delete Your BITESCORE Account And Data

After signing in, open Settings → Your data → Delete account. To complete the process, verify that the account belongs to you using an available method and confirm permanent deletion.

The link below opens account deletion after sign-in. If you are already signed in, you can go directly to Settings. You can complete the process on the website without using the mobile app.

For account deletion and personal-data requests, email legal@bitescore.co. Where possible, send from the email address registered to your BITESCORE. account; include the account email or username and clearly state that you request deletion of the account and associated data.

BITESCORE. may require proportionate additional verification before acting so that another person's account is not deleted. Never email your password, one-time sign-in code or unnecessary identity documents. Use the separate user-support channel for technical account or sign-in help.

Account deletion permanently removes your account, profile, comments and reviews, messages, social connections and other directly associated user data. The process cannot be undone, and the deleted account cannot be restored.

After your account is removed, steps involving external sign-in services and removal of stored files may still be in progress. Incomplete steps are retried if a temporary problem occurs.

Your uploaded product photographs are included even if they have been published. They are removed from products, and deletion of the files is followed through to completion. Limited records may be kept separately where necessary for security, fraud prevention, a legal obligation or the protection of legal claims. Copies in backups are subject to the applicable retention periods. Incomplete steps are not reported as complete. See the Privacy Notice for details of retention and deletion.
